NACHO DEEP FRYER
The chips get cooked in the fryer at 350 F to 400 F. The chips flow from the one end of the flyer to another with the assistance of VFD driven flappers. The flappers speed and back/forward settings can be modified by changing the PLC and VFD settings. The conveyor at the end of the fryer helps to pick all the chips from the flyer onto a shoot where the chips get cooled and salted before packaging. The burner system of the flyer has an electrical ignition system with a thermostat that turns the flames on and off as required to maintain the set temperature. The entire construction of this Fryer is out of stainless steel.
