Primary Responsibilities:
- Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on emerging machine vision technologies, trends, and methodologies, with a particular focus on LIDAR, SLAM, IMU, ROS & 3D Space.
- Innovation Support: Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance the company’s machine vision projects. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for integrating innovative solutions.
- Resource Provision: Source, compile, and manage a repository of technical resources, datasets, and tools to support the engineering team’s development activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, methodologies, and experimental results. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and team members on a regular basis.
- Project Support: Assist in the conceptualization and development of project prototypes, ensuring that research insights are effectively integrated into practical applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with a focus on machine vision, image processing, or robotics.
- Proven experience in research and development within the areas of LIDAR, SLAM, IMU, ROS, or related vision technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct independent research and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics and vision systems, such as Python or C++.
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and their application in machine vision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a continuous drive to learn and apply new technologies in real-world applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Under guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer assist in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, or Panel wiring.
- Under guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer assist with testing and troubleshooting the systems to ensure functionality meets project requirements.
- Support the Installation and startup of the systems at customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Equivalent Experience in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, or Panel wiring.
- Basic understanding of Inputs and Outputs, Field Devices, Safety devices, Pneumatics.
- Eagerness to learn and further develop skills in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, Panel wiring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from experienced team members.
- Good to have skills:
- Academic projects, Internship, or Work experience related to PLC programming, robot programming, HMI programming, panel wiring.
- Familiarity with PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) is a plus.
- Exposure to industrial communication protocols (Ethernet IP, Modbus, ProfiNET, I/O Link) is an advantage.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills and Communication skills to convey ideas.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to ensure skill growth and contribute to innovative solutions.
