Lead Mechanical Design Engineer
- Mechanical Design & Automation: Lead the design, analysis, and development of automation systems, ensuring all designs meet functional and safety requirements.
- Mechanical BOM (Bill of Materials): Develop, manage, and maintain accurate mechanical Bills of Materials for project builds.
- Fabrication Drawings & Instructions: Create detailed fabrication drawings and provide clear instructions to ensure proper manufacturing and assembly of components.
- Project Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all designs meet internal and external standards.
- Order Hardware and Parts: Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of hardware, parts, and components for project builds.
- 5S Principles: Implement 5S principles to promote organization and efficiency in office and computer file management.

- Experience with mechanical BOMs, fabrication drawings, and parts ordering.

Vision Systems Research Specialist
- Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research on emerging machine vision technologies, trends, and methodologies, with a particular focus on LIDAR, SLAM, IMU, ROS & 3D Space.
- Innovation Support: Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance the company’s machine vision projects. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for integrating innovative solutions.
- Resource Provision: Source, compile, and manage a repository of technical resources, datasets, and tools to support the engineering team’s development activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of research findings, methodologies, and experimental results. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and team members on a regular basis.
- Project Support: Assist in the conceptualization and development of project prototypes, ensuring that research insights are effectively integrated into practical applications.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field with a focus on machine vision, image processing, or robotics.
- Proven experience in research and development within the areas of LIDAR, SLAM, IMU, ROS, or related vision technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct independent research and present findings clearly.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in robotics and vision systems, such as Python or C++.
- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and their application in machine vision.

Electrical Controls Intern
- Under guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer assist in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, or Panel wiring.
- Under guidance and supervision of a Senior Engineer assist with testing and troubleshooting the systems to ensure functionality meets project requirements.
- Support the Installation and startup of the systems at customer sites.
- Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Equivalent Experience in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, or Panel wiring.
- Basic understanding of Inputs and Outputs, Field Devices, Safety devices, Pneumatics.
- Eagerness to learn and further develop skills in PLC programming, Robot programming, HMI programming, Panel wiring.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from experienced team members.
- Good to have skills:
- Academic projects, Internship, or Work experience related to PLC programming, robot programming, HMI programming, panel wiring.
- Familiarity with PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic) is a plus.

Welding Cell Operator
- Part Placement: Position parts correctly in the robotic welding cell for welding.
- Robotic Welding Monitoring: Oversee the robotic welding process to ensure smooth operation and address any issues.
- Post-Weld Cleanup: Clean welded parts using grinding tools, wire brushes, and other equipment as needed.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet welding specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation:
- Fill out inspection sheets accurately to document compliance with quality standards.
- Complete all required paperwork for shipping and receiving parts.
- Safety and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines and protocols.
Previous experience in manufacturing, welding, or robotic welding operations is preferred but not required.
